6. Bonuses and Promotions

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds, pending withdrawals and winnings — may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (for example, at the user's own request), any remaining real-money balance after deduction of applicable bonus balances will be returned to the user via the same payment method used for deposits, subject to completion of KYC verification.
10. Limitation of Liability
